Maggie is the founder and MD of TIFA Research and the vice-chair of the BPO Association of Kenya. She is a research guru with more than 15 years experience in market research.

Maggie held multiple senior positions in the area of research and marketing before she founded TIFA.

She has been recognised by research bodies such as Pan Africa Media Research Organisation and South Africa Market Research Association. Maggie is passionate about the gig economy.
