Donald Bosire is the co-founder of Engage, a platform that gives everyday people an opportunity to inform, inspire and influence through storytelling. He believes that sincere engagement holds the key to building organisational as well as societal dynamics. As a strategy and change management professional, he has served on the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Africa Board and presented papers at key conferences in Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Donald is an Academy of Executive Coaches (AOEC) certified Executive Coach as well as a PROSCI certified change management practitioner and trainer. This avid Toastmaster has previously served as President of his club and is proud to have completed the full marathon.

Judy has proved her ability in setting up digital departments, driving Africa-wide corporate strategy, growing brand equity, training, inspiring and influencing teams to deliver desired objectives. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategy from the United States International University–Africa (USIU).
Philip Muema Founder and Managing Partner, Andersen Tax
Philip is in the leadership team of Anderson Tax, Kenya, which is a member of Andersen Global, an international association of member firms with more than 4,500 professionals worldwide and a presence in over 150 locations. He is also the managing partner of Andersen, East Africa, following the entry of Andersen Global in the East African market in October 2017.
He has over 20 years of experience in tax advisory, commercial strategy and structuring.
Phillip is a graduate of the Advanced Management programme at IESE Business School and Strathmore Business School and is a holder of a Master of Business in Administration and BSc Finance, both from USIU-Africa.
Catherine Karita Executive Director at NIC Securities, a subsidiary of the NIC Group
She is lawyer and financial markets expert with over 10 years’ experience in the Kenyan capital markets.
She is also a thought leader in the investment banking sector and has previously served in the board of the Kenya Association of Stocker Brokers and Investment Banks, having been elected by her peers in the industry. She is passionate about creating financial awareness and cultivating a savings culture, particularly among the youth. Her expertise spans across financial advisory, strategic planning, wealth management and investments.
Catherine is an alumna of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), University of Baltimore and University of Nairobi.
