What drives Ronald is getting positive feedback from a satisfied client; even from the over 300 accountants he has trained and mentored.
He is the founder of a company that offers audit, tax, and financial advisory services.
Within 10 years, he says, he has grown the company that it has joined the ranks of top firms, some of which have been in existence for over 40 years. He now has offices in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda employing over 100 workers.
“I think I have done a tremendous job in growing the firm,” he said, adding that one project that gives him joy is the auditing of the Office of the Auditor-General.

Besides being the lead consultant in the firm, Ronald sits on the governing council of the Presbyterian University of East Africa and African International University. He also runs Ronald Staff Academy, which seeks to bridge the gap in lack of good experts to mentor young accountants.
He advises youth seeking to join the corporate world to have a drive, develop a plan and execute it.
“It is not enough to have a dream. You must actualise that dream. To win, you must ignore the naysayers and those who try to discourage you and focus on your goal,” says the founder of Ronald Global, a charity organisation.
